Terms of Use

By accessing or using Agentic Visibility Score (the "Service"), operated by Mobikasa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Agentic Visibility Score is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that analyzes product and category pages and provides scoring, recommendations and reporting to help merchants improve discoverability across Large Language Models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and other AI shopping agents.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed when you run URL analyses, batch CSV processing or other paid actions. Free plans include a limited monthly credit allowance.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl or analyze URLs you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

The Service, including all underlying software, scoring models, reports, branding, and documentation, is owned by Mobikasa and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of the URLs, files and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store and analyze it solely to provide the Service to you and to improve scoring accuracy in aggregate, anonymized form.

The Service interacts with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google and Microsoft) and infrastructure providers (such as AWS). Your use of those services through Agentic Visibility Score is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, content or behavior of third-party services.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Scores, grades and recommendations are informational only and do not guarantee any particular ranking, citation or visibility result on any AI platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobikasa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties or our legitimate business interests.

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mobikasa is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
