Mobikasa ("we", "us", "our") operates Agentic Visibility Score (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, password hash, organization and billing details.
• Usage data: URLs you submit for analysis, batch CSV uploads, scores, recommendations and exported reports.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure performance.

• To provide, operate and maintain the Service.
• To run analyses and generate scores and recommendations on your behalf.
• To process payments and manage your credit balance.

• To improve our scoring models in aggregated, anonymized form.
• To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Microsoft) — to evaluate how your pages perform on their models.
• Infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS, S3) — for hosting, storage and content delivery.
• Payment processors — to process subscriptions and credit purchases.
• Legal authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

Data is stored in PostgreSQL databases and S3 object storage hosted on AWS. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Export your data in a portable format.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Analysis history and reports are retained according to your plan. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. We use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your data when it is transferred internationally.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
